Chongqing RCEP Investment and Trade Service Center's Chongqing Car Overseas Business Unit was officially unveiled

Borrowing the RCEP East Wind to assist Chongqing vehicles in their long-distance journey. On December 29th, the Chongqing RCEP Investment and Trade Service Center's Yuche Overseas Business Unit (hereinafter referred to as "Yuche Overseas Business Unit") was officially unveiled. The Chongqing RCEP Investment and Trade Service Center signed contracts with Dachanghang (Chongqing) Heqiao Automobile Sales and Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chongqing Dachanghang") and Chongqing Banan Second hand Car Export Base. The three parties will work together to integrate channels, services, and industrial resources, build an exclusive fast lane for "Yuche Overseas" to the RCEP region, and help Chongqing's automobile industry accelerate in the global market.

It is reported that as a state-owned subsidiary of CITIC Group, Chongqing Dachanghang has more than 70 years of experience in providing full industry chain services for automobiles, ranking among the top 100 automobile circulation companies in China. Its overseas sales network has covered 13 Asian countries.

As an important gathering area and comprehensive service platform for Chongqing's automobile exports, the Chongqing Banan Second hand Car Export Base has mature advantages in export chain and vehicle source integration (Huanyu Automobile, as the main operator of the base, provides professional support). The "Global Export Connect" project developed by the base has achieved monthly sales exceeding 500 units, covering regions such as Central Asia, Russia, and Africa; Establish the first second-hand car export driver management social service station in the city, achieving efficient circulation of exported vehicles with "same day arrival, same day handling, and same day departure".

The two companies, with their mature overseas layout and practical capabilities, have become the backbone of "Chongqing Automobile Going Global".

According to the agreement, Chongqing RCEP Investment and Trade Service Center will fully leverage its core platform advantages in overseas order channels and market resources to provide full process support for the two enterprises, namely precise docking with RCEP member countries' target markets, assisting enterprises in applying tariff reduction and other agreement rules, providing market access guidance and sales network matching services, and Yingke Law Firm will provide full process legal compliance protection for foreign affairs.

The demand for automobiles in the RCEP region is strong, and we will integrate resources to allow 'Chongqing Automobile' to fully enjoy policy dividends. ”Yang Ming, Secretary General of Chongqing RCEP Investment and Trade Service Center, stated that the establishment of Chongqing CRRC Overseas Business Unit is a key measure for Chongqing RCEP Investment and Trade Service Center to respond to Chongqing's construction of an inland open highland and serve the global layout of Chongqing's automobile industry. The business unit will fully leverage the core advantages of Chongqing RCEP Investment and Trade Service Center in overseas order channels, policy information, and cross-border service networks, further deepen the "platform+enterprise+service" collaborative model, and promote the full chain of "vehicle+parts+service" to go global. At the same time, we will focus on precise development of overseas markets, joint construction of cross-border compliance systems, and supporting foreign-related legal and financial services to build a strong compliance barrier for enterprises going global.

Li Zhiqiang, General Manager of Chongqing Dachanghang, and Fu Yijun, General Manager of Huanyu Automobile and Head of Chongqing Banan Second hand Car Export Base, stated that they will take this signing as an opportunity to actively leverage the platform advantages of Chongqing RCEP Investment and Trade Service Center, conduct in-depth research on the characteristics and needs of RCEP member countries' markets, select suitable automotive products, explore efficient overseas marketing network construction models, and strive to make new breakthroughs in the RCEP market, contributing to Chongqing's construction of an inland open highland in the automotive industry.

It is reported that currently, Chongqing RCEP Investment and Trade Service Center has established cooperation with several local leading automakers and supply chain enterprises, and the first batch of vehicles have been successfully sent to markets such as Kazakhstan, the three Caucasus countries, and West Africa.

The cooperation model of "platform+enterprise" this time provides a replicable sample for regional automobile trade under the RCEP framework. In the future, the three parties will form a collaborative force of "overseas orders+sales network+industry services", attracting more automobile industry chain enterprise clusters to go global. This will not only help Chongqing build an inland open highland, but also shape stronger competitiveness of "Chongqing Intelligent Manufacturing" automobile products in the global market.
