The "Three Visits and Three Questions" Research Symposium of the Second Taxation Branch of Chongqing Taxation Bureau was held at the Huanyu Haoche 5S Store

On October 17th, in order to gain a deeper understanding of the tax needs of enterprises and optimize tax services, the Second Taxation Branch of Chongqing Taxation Bureau and the Banan District Taxation Bureau visited Chongqing Huanyu Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. and conducted a "three visits and three questions" research and discussion. Three people including Wang Yongjian, Deputy Director of the Second Taxation Branch of Chongqing Taxation Bureau, nine people including Li Bin, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Banan District Taxation Bureau, and Fu Yueming, Chairman of Huanyu Automobile Company, attended the meeting.

As a pioneer in second-hand car exports in Banan District, Huanyu Automobile shared its progress and challenges in export business, such as policy adjustments in importing countries, declining net profit margins, and trade barriers. At the same time, Huanyu Automobile also raised issues encountered in taxation, including domestic freight reporting under different trade modes, handling of differences in customs declaration freight charges, relevant regulations on international business income tax, and foreign exchange management reporting mechanisms.

Wang Yongjian and Li Bin answered the questions raised by the enterprise one by one, stating that they will study relevant policies, clarify reporting requirements, and ensure accurate declaration by the enterprise; It is recommended that enterprises standardize their operations, maintain consistency among the four streams in the business process, and reduce tax risks; Encourage enterprises to actively report their needs to higher-level departments and strive for policy support; And emphasized the importance of risk management, suggesting that enterprises establish and improve risk management systems.

In addition, other attending leaders also explained the definition of tax-free invoices for freight forwarding companies, handling of abnormal invoices, foreign exchange accounting for Russian related businesses, and risk management for export enterprises. They stated that they will strengthen training and guidance for enterprises, enhance their tax compliance awareness and risk prevention capabilities.

This symposium provides a direct communication platform between enterprises and tax bureaus, which helps enterprises solve tax problems and optimize the tax environment.
