This adjustment stems from Uzbekistan's revision of the "General Regulations on Safety Technology for Wheeled Vehicles Put into Circulation." The new regulations remove the previous clause that "an individual or enterprise can only apply for compliance certification for one imported vehicle for personal use within a calendar year."
